Feel the cloth before you order

Every cloth we sell is available as a free sample, so you can check the weave, texture, weight and colour in your own workroom. Order up to 5 samples for £2 postage, as often as you need. Trade account holders can always request samples for free.

Ordering for a workroom?

Every full roll is sold at our trade price, whether or not you have an account. A trade account adds quick reordering, free samples and 30-day payment terms once approved. Roll lengths vary by cloth, from 25m to 100m.

Since 1900

A family cloth merchant

Wolfin began in 1900 as Wolfin and Levy, a family-owned textile shop on London’s Old Street. Later, as Wolfin & Son, we made our home on Great Titchfield Street in Fitzrovia, close to the theatres, couture houses and fashion workrooms we supplied.

Today, we carry on that tradition with a focused range of dependable cotton, linen and wool cloth, sold by the metre or at trade price by the roll.
